What is stored
Free-book signup. If you sign up for a free book, I receive your email address (and your first name, if you give it) and the book you signed up from. I use it to give you access, to email you myself when new free books are out, and nothing else. I don't sell or share it. Reply “unsubscribe” to any email, or write to me, and I'll remove you. Your browser also stores a small note on your own device saying you've signed up, so the book opens without asking again.
Contact form and email. If you write to me, I use what you send only to reply. The forms pass your message through the service Web3Forms to my inbox.
Ms Brakat applications. The form (or your email) contains your first name, email address, an optional link to your presentation, your message and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. I read these myself and use them only to respond to you. I reply by email only. Applications by anyone under 18 are not accepted. If you attach a file by email, it stays in my inbox.
Don't send ID numbers, health information or other sensitive details.
Hosting
The site is delivered as static files from a web host, which may keep technical logs (such as IP address and time) for operations and security.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you by emailing me. In Norway you can also contact Datatilsynet ↗.
